Our 5th and 6th grade study skills program will be this Monday from 8:30 - 11:30. Parents are welcomed...just let us know you plan to attend.

     The fifth grade is an interesting and fun place to be.  Student of this age often come in as "elementary" students, and go out as "junior-highers".  The transitions that take place keep life exciting for us all.  We enjoy learning together, and enjoy the different blessings that each student brings to our class. We work really hard on our study skills, and on improving our levels of independence and responsibility.

   This year we will be taking a team-teaching approach with the 5th and 6th grades.  Mrs. Clark will teach 5th grade Bible, and math and history to both 5th and 6th grades. Mrs. Metter will teach 6th grade Bible, and language arts, reading, and science to both classes. 

     We take field trips to some awesome places, including our annual overnight trip. This year that will be to the Creation Museum in Kentucky, and the Dayton Airforce Museum.  Please check out the "read more" section below to get specifics about our curriculum.
