Honesty. Integrity. Truthfulness. These are values children learn every day at Medina Christian Academy. Whether it is through the Scripture verse they memorize each week, their teacher’s daily example, events that are carefully constructed in lesson plans, or one of those spontaneous “teachable moments”; we teach those values that can only be taught at a Christian school. Children develop a more durable and consistent set of beliefs when they are learning the same values in school, at home and at church. Their home life and their school life are not in conflict. Our children quickly learn to own their faith.

When your child attends MCA, they will be surrounded by families and children with values that are the same as yours. There is one God, who gave His only son Jesus Christ, to die for our sins and rise again for our salvation.
This is an idea that cannot be taught in public schools and usually can’t be shared openly with friends there. Our students, friends, staff and families feel free to share their faith openly and confidently in the classroom, at school functions and in social settings.

Strong academics are the backbone of every great school. At MCA, scholastic achievement is excellent. Many of our students perform in the accelerated and advanced ranges of the Ohio Achievement Test. On the nationally recognized Stanford Achievement tests, our school scores well above the national rankings for expected range.For those students needing special assistance or one-on-one instruction, we offer various types of academic tutoring and support.

In addition to our regular curriculum, we offer special reinforcement through the Shurley English Program, A+ Math, Accelerated Reader Program and others.
