One of the special things about attending a private Christian school is that everyone is here by choice and by conviction. Every family, every teacher, every staff member and every administrator has made a conscious and prayerful decision to be part of the MCA experience. For every MCA family, there is a unique story about how they came to Medina Christian Academy and why they have stayed. Following are just a few of the stories.

"In todays world, Medina Christian Academy offers something that is needed for our children. A strong foundation in the Word of God.  With the schools motto, "Love God. Love Others. Love Learning." you cannot go wrong! I have seen in my own two children the joy of wanting to go to school. I have also been blessed with watching "non-believers" who have chosen the school and have seen their children flourish and grow in the Lord. The parents themselves have begun to ask questions and find themselves turning to the Lord in ways they never thought.  So, I guess the school is not just for the students but for the whole family!  There is such a wonderful sense of community and support. Isn't that what God wants us to do: Love one another?  I cannot imagine not sending my children here!"

"One of the greatest rewards of being a teacher here at MCA is coming in contact with students who remember me from the years that they have attended here.  When I am out and about around town I often come in contact with young people who have either attended MCA for a year or two or for most of their school lives.   They are always friendly to me, seem to be doing well at their jobs and remember their years here fondly.  It seems that the small, personal, and Christian environment has uniquely impacted their lives and it is a real part of their life experience.  I am proud that all three of my children were able to attend here for most or all of their school years.  Education in America is no longer just limited to your local neighborhood school.  Those who have experienced something different such as a Christian education or homeschooling are uniquely tied together because of that uniqueness and have a wonderful experience to pass on to their children."

"Medina Christian Academy is by far the best school my kids have ever been to.  In 2006 I lost my husband and they lost there dad due to a blood clot that he developed after surgery. The vice principal of the school was actually at the hospital when my children and I arrived and the news was told to us that he had passed away. I will never forget that day and him being so concerned for me and my family.  In the fall school started up again and it was very difficult for me and the kids. They didn't want to leave my side and deep inside I didn't want them to. MCA staff spoke to my kids on numerous occasions and prayed with them anytime they needed a little encouragement to make it through another day. All the teachers are so caring and we always felt there prayers and still do. My kids are  now on a countdown to the day school starts up again and summer just began.  Can you believe that?  I will continue to send my kids to MCA as long as I can. Thanks Medina Christian Academy for everything you all have done."
